Chicken Fry
This event is held in November of each year and is hosted by the Knights of Columbus. Volunteers are responsible for assisting with setup, preparation, serving and cleanup for the dinner.
Child Care for Parish Events
Volunteers are responsible for providing childcare for children during designated parish events and must be 16 years of age or older. Virtus Training Required
Fish Fry
This event is held on the first Friday in March (or after Ash Wednesday) of each year and is hosted by the Altar Society. Volunteers are responsible for assisting with setup, preparation, serving and cleanup for the dinner.
Funeral Dinners
Volunteers provide salads and desserts for funeral dinners and assist in the preparation, serving and cleanup for the meal.
Harvest House
Harvest House is a program of the diocese. It is a movement- a large organization of older persons, aged 55 and older, who have formed small parish units called centers for the purpose of mutual understanding and self-help.

New Parish Family Mentors

Parish Picnic
The parish picnic is a gathering to relax and enjoy each other as a community. It is usually scheduled in the early fall. The coordinators plan the activities and refreshments.

Parish School Volunteer
Volunteers help with various school activities including Fun Night, Field Day, sports, fundraisers, picture days, lunch room, uniforms, book fair, etc.
OCIA Refreshments
Volunteers provide light refreshments for weekly OCIA Classes from September through May and the Easter Vigil Reception.
Senior Class Recognition Event
Volunteers coordinate a recognition event for graduating seniors at the 10:00 a.m. Mass the 3rd week of May and host a reception with small gifts provided for each high school graduate of our parish.
Special Events Helper
Volunteers are needed to help with setup and cleanup at various special events hosted by the parish.
St. Cecilia Feast Day Dinner
This event is held in November of each year and is hosted by the Parish. Volunteers are responsible for assisting with setup, preparation, serving and cleanup for the dinner.
Turkey Bingo
This event is held in conjunction with the Chicken Fry in November of each year and is a fund raiser for the Altar Society. Volunteers assist with the bingo game (tickets, cards, callers, distribution of turkeys).
Young Adults Group
This is a group for young adults (age 21 to 35) and is intended to help individuals build lasting relationships with fellow parishioners and to grow in their faith, through social activities and formation opportunities.
